Refund and Replacement Policy
At Prosperrise Enterprises, we operate strictly as a B2B wholesale distributor. By placing an order and generating a quote with us, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and replacements for all physical goods (including bulk sacred threads, moli, and related items).
1. No Returns and No Refunds
Because we dispatch bulk physical goods over long distances and operate on wholesale margins, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- We do not issue monetary refunds once an order has been finalized, billed, and dispatched to the transporter.
- Please ensure your required quantities and item specifications are exactly what you need before approving your final quote and making payment.
2. Replacement Policy (In-Person Only)
We understand that occasionally a buyer may need to exchange an item. We allow replacements for a very limited selection of items, strictly subject to the following conditions:
- Condition of Goods: The goods must be in their absolute original, unused, and undamaged condition. If the packaging or the product itself shows any signs of wear, damage, or use, the replacement will be denied.
- In-Person Requirement: We do not facilitate replacements via courier or transport. To get an item replaced, the buyer (or their authorized representative) must physically visit our facility in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
- Eligible Items: Not all items are eligible for replacement. Please verify with our trading desk via WhatsApp before traveling to ensure the specific item qualifies for an exchange.
3. Damages in Transit
All goods are thoroughly inspected before being handed over to the transporter/logistics partner. Once the goods are handed over and the Builty/LR is generated, the liability shifts. We are not responsible for damages that occur during long-distance transit. Buyers are advised to inspect their packages carefully before signing the delivery receipt with the transporter.
4. How to Request an In-Person Replacement
If you meet the criteria above and wish to travel to our Varanasi desk for a replacement:
- Message our trading desk via WhatsApp with your Invoice Number.
- Provide photos of the goods you wish to replace.
- Wait for confirmation of eligibility before making your travel arrangements.
